Pay attention to your audience more than you pay attention to yourself.” This includes your stories, your opinions, your weekends, etc. You should have some of your personality in there, but don’t make it all about you.
Map out for yourself what are your goals for the year and then work backwards from that to try to attain your goal(s). They can be things like:

Channel your creativity so you don’t become the reason you can’t be your best self. Also, avoid withdrawal, jealousy, anxiety, bitterness and depression because it will limit you.
